Mukesh is a founding partner of KMP Group with over 40 years of experience in the residential property and retail sectors.

Mukesh’s principal responsibility is the growth and management of the Group’s residential property portfolio.

Mukesh also has extensive retail experience having previously operated the Group’s portfolio of convenience stores.

Mahesh is a founding partner of KMP Group with over 40 years of experience in the commercial property, retail and private equity sectors.

Mahesh’s principal responsibilities are Group strategy as well as the growth and management of the Group’s commercial property portfolio.

Having been directly involved in the management of the Group’s private equity investments, Mahesh’s experience includes being the FD of a pharmaceutical investment up to its successful listing on the London Stock Exchange.

Niral oversees the Group's investment growth strategy, with a primary focus on evaluating new property development and PE investment opportunities.

Niral qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Ernst & Young London in their Financial Services team and has a Masters in Economics from Cambridge University.

Vishal is responsible for the delivery of our development projects and manages the principal contractor and design team relationships. Vishal also evaluates new equity investment opportunities.

Prior to joining KMP in early 2020, he spent 15 years in financial markets as a trader at investment banks (Lehman Brothers, Goldman Sachs) and at an event driven hedge fund.

He is a CFA Charterholder and has a BA in Economics from UCL.

Bhavish is responsible for managing the Group's property portfolio, with a particular focus on overseeing residential development projects.

Prior to KMP, Bhavish worked for JLL as a Consultant in their EMEA Strategic Consulting Team and for Investment Property Databank as a Research Analyst.

BA in Economics and Business from University College London.

Viresh oversees our property investment portfolios and manages the Group’s primary banking relationships.

He previously worked at Investec Bank Plc in the structured debt solutions team (private equity and property transactions). He has a BSc in Mathematics & Management from the University of Manchester.

Kunal is responsible for the management and growth of the Group's franchised gym portfolio. He also manages the Group’s private equity investments and evaluates new investment opportunities.

Previously a Trader at Gatehouse Bank plc, where he helped build and manage proprietary Equity and Fixed Income portfolios. He has a BA in Economics from the University of Manchester.

Saiqa is responsible for the day to day management of the KMP Portfolio, streamlining our processes and systems, and building and maintaining business relationships with agents, contractors and tenants.

Saiqa joined KMP in 2019 bringing with her ARLA qualifications and 12 years of experience in Property Management, in both the commercial and residential sector.

Vish joined KMP Group in 2020. He oversees the design elements of our development projects and manages relationships withsuppliers.

Vishal is a Part 1 Architect and has a BA in architecture from the University of Manchester.

Jyoti joined KMP Group in 2016. She manages the purchase and sales ledger and also oversees the office.

Prior to KMP, she has worked in an accounting firm in the payroll team.

Jyoti has passed her AAT level 2 bookkeeping qualification.
